4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. Patients are requested to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Patient Responsibilities

The Patient shall:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and personal information.
• Follow the treatment plan and post-treatment care instructions provided by our specialists.
• Inform the Clinic of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications in advance of treatment.
• Settle all invoices within the agreed payment terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Treatment costs will be communicated in advance following consultation. Fees are subject to change based on the complexity of treatment identified during assessment. Payment is due as per the agreed schedule.

7. Treatment Outcomes

While the Clinic is committed to delivering the highest standard of orthodontic and dental care, individual treatment outcomes may vary based on each patient's unique oral condition and adherence to the treatment plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Clinic shall not be liable for outcomes arising from a patient's failure to follow prescribed treatment instructions, incomplete medical disclosures, or circumstances beyond the Clinic's reasonable control.

9. Confidentiality

The Clinic maintains strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website remain the exclusive property of Dr. Cloud Dentistry and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
